A Brief about IBPS 

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection), an autonomous body that conducts recruitment examinations for all Public Sector Banks excluding the SBI. Over the years, it also provided services linked to assessment and testing for various banks through different bank exams.

The Institute is commanded by the board of nominees from government bodies and banks like RBI, Ministry of Finance, IIT Mumbai, IBA, and NIBM. It was established in 1984 by the initial examining body under the National Institute of Bank Management.
